About us

“None of us, including me, ever do great things. But we can all do small things, with great love, and together we can do something wonderful.”

– Mother Teresa

Dr. Nilesh Kumbhar is a passionate researcher, academic mentor, and science communicator dedicated to transforming the way research is learned, practiced, and shared.

Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore and having served as a Research Alumnus at the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Japan, Dr. Kumbhar has been part of globally reputed academic and research ecosystems that strengthened his vision for advancing education and ethical research practices.

Over the years, he has mentored and trained hundreds of research scholars and faculty members through hands-on workshops, faculty development programs, and international sessions — at institutions such as the International Islamic University Malaysia, SVCE Bangalore, and the National Brain Research Centre (NBRC), Government of India.

Driven by his belief that research should be accessible, ethical, and empowering, Dr. Kumbhar founded My Research Support (MRS) — a global initiative that helps researchers strengthen their academic and publishing skills through guided learning, expert mentorship, and practical training.

At My Research Support, my goal has always been simple — to guide researchers with honesty, clarity, and care. I’ve seen how the right mentorship can transform confidence and capability, and that’s what our team strives for every single day.”
